An anonymous donors has offered to match up to $5,000 in donations in order to challenge the proposed SORNA regulations which were published in the Federal Register in August 2020 and approved by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) in October 2021. Under the terms of the challenge grant, the donor will provide $1 for every $1 in donations from others.
“We thank the donor of this challenge grant for both his generosity as well as his wisdom that resources will be required to challenge the proposed SORNA regulations,” stated ACSOL Executive Director Janice Bellucci. “Donations can be easily made online using the Donate button on the ACSOL website www.all4consolaws.org. Or donations can mailed to ACSOL at 1215 K Street, 17th Floor, Sacramento, CA 95814.”
If the proposed SORNA regulations are finalized, many registrants will be required to register up to four times a year. In addition, all registrants will be required to reveal all of their remote communication identifiers.
The proposed SORNA regulations are now under consideration by Attorney General Merrick Garland. The current language of those regulations is not currently known and are not required to be revealed until and unless the Attorney General approves them.
ACSOL recommends that individuals state their opposition to the proposed SORNA regulations.

I’m starting with $25.00, and I can’t belive what a disgusting, lying hypocrit Merrick Garland is. He is supposedly a defender of minority groups and those oppressed. He claims to be a champion of civil rights and a defender of the rights of the individual, but here he is considering tightening the noose of the most discriminatory, unconstitutional, and oppressive piece of legislation in over 50 years. He wants to make even more strict these laws that target a group indiscriminatley and support these laws that prevent people from ever having a second chance at living a normal life, of having relationships, housing, and employment.

There is great news to report! The $5,000 matching grant has been matched….only 48 hours after it was announced. Sincere thanks to everyone who donated as these resources will be used to oppose the proposed SORNA regulations on every level possible including in court.

People forced to register can nolonger just sit back and let life just pass them by because of a mistake they made 10-20-30 years ago, Californias are on the front line in this WAR, people in Florida and a few other states are fighting back but the politicians in those states won’t budge for chiit.
Politicians in California also won’t budge, the difference is here in California we have over 104.000 people forced to register not including people in prison and people being thrown on it every day, we could definitely get Governor Gavin Newsom and his friends in DC attention.
I’m fighting to liberate the youth from the registry and change the law so that youth ofenders are not publicly listed on Megan’s law website, I hope I get a chance to work with ACSOL one day it would be an honor.
